Thai Red Curry With Air Fried Tofu Recipe. I bought an amazing Thai style red curry sauce from Trader Joe's. The red curry sauce had ingredients already mixed and ready to use. To make this a vegan recipe just buy a vegan sauce or get the red curry paste. Optional to add some more coconut milk cream to tone down the spiciness. This hearty dinner recipe was even amazing when reheated the next day. I served this recipe with a side of garlic seasoned rice. Traditional red curry is prepared with lime, but I didn't have any for this recipe. Feel free to substitute this healthy meal with other vegetables.

7 Baby Mixed Red and White Potaotes
3/4 Thai Style Red Curry Sauce (Trader Joe's)
1/2 Cup Water
2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
Curry Seasonings
2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Paprika
1/2 Tsp Parsley
Sprinkle Black Pepper
*Optional 1 Tbsp Coconut Cream
Tofu Seasonings:
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Paprika
1/2 Tsp Parsley
1/8 Tsp Black Pepper
1/3 Cup Panko
3 Tbsp Corn Starch
2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
