Butternut Squash Ravioli Bake Recipe. For the Autumn Fall Season, butternut squash is the perfect vegetable to start the seasonal meals. I roasted the butternut squash for about 70 minutes in the oven at  400 ° F. Wait around 5 minutes for a cooling off period before making the sauce. In the meantime the butternut squash was roasting, I prepared my boiled ravioli and mushrooms. I used Organic baby bella mushrooms that were medium in size. I really loved the earthy flavor with the seasonings I used. You can use whatever flavor raviolis. I used spinach and cheese for a mix, but you can also use the butternut squash pre made raviolis as well. Layer your pan with butternut squash sauce-raviolis-mushroom shallot mix- mozzarella until you get to the top of the pan. Then add your parmesan cheese. Bake 350 ° F for 15 minutes. Recommend to wait 5 minutes before serving. Butternut Squash ravioli bake was even better the next day.

  • Butternut Squash

  • 1 Bag Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

  • 1 Pack Pre Made Spinach And Cheese Ravioli

  • 1/3 Purple Shallot

  • 10 Organic Baby Bella Mushrooms

  • 1/3 Stick Butter


Butternut Squash Seasoning: *Estimate

  • 1/4 Tsp Salt

  • 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg

  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 Tsp Paprika

  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil


Butternut Squash Sauce:

  • Roasted Butternut Squash

  • 1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast

  • Leftover Mushroom Broth


Mushroom Seasoning: *Estimate

  • 1/2 Tsp Parsley

  • 1/2 Tsp Salt

  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper

  • 1/2 Tsp Cardamom

  • 1 Tsp Squeeze Lemon
